Cancellation policy

We understand that travel plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy:

• Up to 7 days before arrival: You can cancel your booking free of charge. The amount already paid will be fully refunded.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: In the case of short-term cancellations, we are unfortunately unable to refund the amount as the accommodation has been reserved for you.
